My nutritional habits have gradually changed. It has changed for the better as I am eating much healthier than before. For example, I noticed the meals I used to eat lacked vitamin c. I believe my new habit of exercising more had helped me get into this situation of sleeping early as usual along with better decisions on what to eat. Another change I have done with my eating habits is the consistent checking of nutritional labels. I learned so much from this class especially about the use of calorie counting. Because of this new learned fact, I am now able to count my calories and adjust for future meals, avoiding consuming too much later.
