Quad Consulting Firm has 4 strong leaders that will use their professional skills, life experience and educational backgrounds to assist organizations enhance or begin their social service programs. Quad consulting firm believes that with our strong people skills and business savvy that Quad consulting will be one of the most sought after entities in the consulting world.

The mentoring consulting provides a wide range of agencies and organizations that will utilize the organization and need assistance with establishing safe and productive youth and adult programs off the ground, they will look to Quad consulting for guidance for these programs and this is where each individual’s specialties will come into play.

Kimberly Knight has a customer service background with her BS in Marketing; her understanding of marketing will help Quad Consulting with researching strategies for each organization. Making sure that the Firm focuses on each organizations goal.

Gerald Zgaby, an all around people person with work experience in banking and his BS in Management will be able to present for the businesses looking at venturing into giving back to their perspective communities. Gerald’s business savvy will allow him to present the business side of what mentoring can do as well, the benefits to what their program can give back to the community and the impact it could potentially have on the image of the company.

Tisheila Smith has a background in education as well as health care as well as a BS in Criminal Justice which will assist will governmental agencies that are looking at starting and or improving existing mentoring programs offered to both youth and adults. The insight that Tisheila brings will
