The Sandarian Crisis

On a planet distanced from everything else in the universe where there was once peace and happiness amongst the sandarian race, who consisted of robots, there was a horde of horrible creatures that ruled the lands. These large powerful creatures were engulfed by a madness that had driven them for decades. Their evil-mindedness came from a once great Sandar whom was obsessed with the idea that beyond their little planet, there was something. Something that might become a great threat to their perfect planet. This Sandar went by the name of Flusk. Flusk then developed what he saw as his life’s work, a secret weapon that would protect the planet from any danger that they might encounter. He then presented his ultimate weapon to the sandarian government but they were terrified at the sight of this horrifying creature Flusk had created and told him that they would never allow such creature to live on their planet, because it would only spread fear and unhappiness to their society. So they sentenced Flusk and his creature to death. Flusk didn’t see any horror or cause of fear by his creation but was forever amazed by the magnificence of this weapon that would provide safety for all eternity, in his opinion. So he was furious when he heard that his mere intention of providing security for his fellow citizens would sentence him to death. Flusk’s mind turned evil. Through telepathic skills that Flusk had developed between him and the creature, he ordered it to kill everyone in the committee, so he would survive and take over the planet.

The Bootlebot brothers were working in their laboratory when they heard a highly alarming announcement on their Planetarial Cyberradio( a radio that is used to inform the citizens of the planet about the most important news on the planet); that Flusk had killed the entire High Court committee and that he had created a creature so powerful that no robot would ever be able to beat it in combat, therefore everyone should try to create weapons to defend themselves in case of encountering this powerful creature. Never before had a disaster like this taken place in the sandarian society. It had always been ruled by peacefulness and had never seen the face of evil. So when the sandarian population heard the news, everything turned into chaos.

The Bootlebot brothers spent almost all of their time in their laboratory, creating items and gadgets which they sold to their fellow citizens to spread happiness all around them. When they heard the news they were mostly terrified because just like everyone else they had never seen evil in their lives. The brothers lived only 50 beeps(miles) away from the main city, which was where the committee had been murdered, so they packed all the necessary rations, items and equipment to travel far away from there. They were very upset to leave their laboratory because they loved to experiment and work in it, as they had done their entire lives. But as they walked away from their home they thought about what they could create with the equipment and machines in their laboratory. They remembered what the Planetarial Cyberradio had said: “Try to create weapons to defend..” they had exceptional skills in the lab so they were sure that they could create a weapon that could defeat their opponent.
