Lucas Burgoyne was born in Greenbrae, California in 2001. He lived in San Rafael, California with his mother, Kelly, father, William, and older brother, Liam. When he was about two years olds, his family sold their house in San Rafael and moved to San Gimignano, Italy on vacation. He lived there for about a year and a half. His family then moved to Walnut Creek, California where he spent the majority of his childhood. While attending Valle Verde Elementary school, Lucas played baseball and practiced the piano. Promoting into Foothill Middle school, he had lost interest in both these activities and started playing lacrosse. He ended up enjoying the sport of lacrosse and playing it throughout high school.
