Victoria MA’s Secret focus on two kinds of customers which are youthful girls- active, colorful, fresh and mature women- charming, successful, fashionable with 12 stores around Vietnam and online shopping model selling lingeries, bikinis and other underwears. V-MA-S is growing and is making significant long-term investments in order to ensure sustainable development. Our objective is always to exceed our customers’ expectations with attracting new customers in many big cities and continuing to stand strong in a challenging market in Vietnam. With a higher aim, V-MA-S tries to penetrate the world with suitable price and updated styles, besides, expects to a little increase sales with a nervous about continuing inflation by 15% to standard and 10% to luxury products in the next year, 2013

However, to reach the goal that has been set above, V-MA-S has to face many challenges and difficulties. Deviations from weather conditions affecting sales is particularly true from hot to cold season in which people will buy more underwears, lingeries to change everyday to adapt the heatway while they avoid going out and buying new ones just for warmth instead of trying to wear clothes are thick to protect them. Festive season alters buying quantity when customers depends on the holiday, their free time to go shopping more and surf the website to get new ones. Customer is a factor when their taste and preference changes unstability that belong to new trends, their feelings, prices, demands so the products sold can not be anticipated during each period or each new company catalogue. Location is an important impact that the company has to pay more expenses to have a convenient place such as in a center point, on the surface road, that attracts buyers passing through.
