1. Executive Summary

The following document is applying the “Management Control Loop” theory to analyze the introduction of the “Celebrity Dish Dining” program at a five star airline. The aim was to improve brand recognition and help differentiation.
The project was considered to be a success, however not everything went as smoothly as it would have been possible if all steps described in the “Management Control
Loop” would have been applied.
The document is focusing on presenting the executed steps, the expected and resulted outcome, closing the discussion with recommendations for improvements for future projects.
