Subject: Harassment Complaint from NFC Institute Multan (Reminder 1)

Dear Dr. Malik Akhter Ali Kalrou Sahib,

This is reference to letter No PD. (FFHP)/HEC/2012/359 on Dated December 31, 2012 regarding the complaints received from various students of NFC Institute of Engineering & Technological Training Multan about the harassment at the campus.

The complainers have categorically mentioned the name of one of the Faculty member, Lecturer Mr. Ifkar Ahsen Naqvi, it is also being informed that three faculty members are terminated on account of Victimization, Harassment, Mental Torture and Blackmailing the students at Institute. However, Mr. Ifkar Ahsen Naqvi is still practicing revengeful activities against the students who supported the truth against his Evil Deeds.

Higher Education Commission has developed the Harassment Policy for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), (copy enclosed) and implemented in March 2011.
