Partnerships for fostering early childhood educators can be developed with several varieties of community organizations, families, and local small businesses or even a big corporation. Some of these areas can promote the educational value when it comes to fostering home school partnerships. When parents become active members in their children’s education they also become role models for their children and others. One principle should be applied on areas that children could work together and encourage and support them during any changes in his/her lives. When these groups merge together they can organize a system of how children should be taught. One thing is for sure schools can only get the message out there as long as they have the support and the volunteers to help promote the educators. Being a teacher one thing is for sure having other adults involved in their education can guide them and support them through all of their educational needs. I have noticed that children that are fostered have a different outlook on education. Majority of the students are sincere and value each moment they get a chance to absorb any amount of learning and thrive to learn more each day. I have also noticed that when children eventually get the opportunity to go to a public school they excel in math, reading and writing. Socially they are shy and become anti-social, with additional guidance and encouragement each child adapts on their own judgment. When it comes to fostering students I have only had one encounter throughout my entire teaching career. I believe since I have taught in a private education system for so many years that there haven’t been very many events with our school system.
