Part One:

The micro level retains to how individual is neutered within the society existing out of elements with whom the individual the closest relation. This can be the parents, either biological or adoptive including siblings of various age groups. At this level the individual learns to experience his or her environment in a positive or negative setting. This can also relate to school, job search, marriage or any traumatic experience.

The productivity and results of Work and career. Financial control or loss of financial means. The loss of a home and divorce. Personal struggles and loss of work because of this. Unable to sustain an income for the family.

Part Two:

(1) Maria’s micro- level intervention;
Start a counseling session between Maria and her boyfriend and discuss the difference of mutual feelings that they argue about. At school look for parking opportunities during bad weather, while in class discuss with the professor about better assessable class rooms for wheelchairs.

Maria’s mezzo- level intervention;
Find a counseling session for Maria about her depression symptoms. And find an opportunity to discuss with the professor about sensitivity towards Maria.

Maria’s Macro- level intervention;
Find resources for Maria for alternative ways to complete her education possible through the means of blended educational options. This includes the excess of a computer if needed.

(2) Mr. Groff’s micro- level intervention;
Check with family members of there is an opportunity for transportation.
