Maribel is a three-year-old Hispanic female who attended the intake assessment with her mother. Mother reports that client displays disruptive behavior. Maribel’s primary care provider referred her for services to Children’s Advocacy Network (CAN) due to concerns with disruptive behavior. Mother reported that Maribel presents with developmental delays and has been diagnosed with “Trisomy 13”. Maribel’s disruptive behaviors reportedly consist of “throwing things around” “biting” “kicking” “hitting” “temper tantrums”. Mother reported that Maribel is unable to establish play with peers. Mother reported that client’s behavior displays “daily” several times a day and last one hour in duration. Mother reported that at night client is a “light sleeper”
