INFORMATION: I, Sr. Officer Chad Stephenson, Officer Dillion McMillon, Cadet Josh Stankiewicz along with GA Emily Peters and RA Jessica Sierak went to room 426 to make contact with Tavolacci. Upon our arrival we could Tavolacci outside of the door talking with someone, myself and Peters then made contact with Tavolacci I asked Tavolacci if she was "ok".
