Mr. Mark Daniel Schalliol returned to the Mediterranean Village—located at 2410 Harbor Blvd.--during the mid-afternoon, Sunday (22 FEB 16). His known excuse: to allocate a few of his pieces of property (from management).

According to sources, Schalliol was informed to retreat; therefore, leave the immediate property. However, his argument ensured his later arrest.
