From the case study, suggest the pricing strategy that you believe will be the most effective for the QTG division of PepsiCo. Evaluate the degree to which each of PepsiCo’s distribution channels effectively leverages the corporation’s core competencies. Provide a rationale for your response. After reviewing the PepsiCo case study related to the QTG division, I think a price strategy for their products would be the products which has been under the QTG section of PepsiCo has been the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade. Now Gatorade needs a high value strategy as the price is medium and the product quality will be high. The other two needs to be following the superb value strategy as the products are very popular among the public. The division channels can leverage by the use of efficient transportation and warehousing facilities which will reduce the costs. Gatorade always target the premium customers and the other two will target the general public. The distribution channels can leverage the company's core competencies of providing high product quality with effective price points by increasing customer engagement by taking their feedback and increasing the margin for the retailers.

From the scenario, evaluate the capacity of the most common distribution channels available for the new product launch to provide consumers with easier access to the product. Speculate on the extent to which Golds Reling, Inc. could use each channel to meet profit goals. Choose the most beneficial distribution strategies, and suggest two (2) ways in which this selection could potentially affect consumer adoption of the new product. Provide a rationale for your response.
