The following report is an analysis of the contribution that Jim Collins has made to the literature and field of leadership. Olivine Industries is a wholly owned Zimbabwean company, that is a key player in the manufacturing of cooking oil margarine and soaps The business is headed by the managing director Jonas and his supporting executive team. The business is currently implementing a turnaround strategy in an effort to recover from the effects of the 9 years of economic meltdown the country experienced between 2000 and 2009.
