...Page 1 of 4 CURE DECISION POINT REVIEW PLAN (DPRP) DISCLOSURE NOTICE How To Comply with the DPRP Requirements Of Your CURE Policy The 'Automobile Insurance Cost Reduction Act' was signed into law on May 19, 1998, and it has led to changes in your no-fault (Personal Injury Protection or PIP) medical coverage. In enacting these reforms, the Legislature found that the substantial increase in the cost of medical expense benefits over the years had to be addressed by providing controls to eliminate medically unnecessary treatments, diagnostic testing and use of durable medical equipment. As a result, in accordance with the provisions of your CURE auto policy including its Decision Point Review Plan (DPRP) requirements, you have certain obligations that you must satisfy so that we may provide coverage for medically necessary treatment, diagnostic testing and use of durable medical equipment arising from an automobile accident in which you are injured. See EXHIBIT I for a copy of the DPRP section of your PIP coverage provisions. Failure to comply with the policy requirements as summarized below may affect the reimbursement for medical treatment, diagnostic tests and durable medical equipment. No decision point requirements shall apply within 10 days of the insured event or to treatment administered in emergency care. YOUR OBLIGATIONS 1. Treatment of "Identified Injuries” 'Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 11:3-4, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance has published standard...

...experience in taking the pre and post-test assessment. For this post exam, I experienced more anxiety than with the previous assessment test. I reviewed APEA material for most of the week, so I felt better prepared in some areas. However, with this exam falling on a holiday week, it was difficult to maintain consistent review times. Physically, I felt like I was sitting for the actual exam, therefore, my stomach was unsettled. However, I was more focused on taking my time reading the questions instead of rushing through the exam. Compare the scores you received pre and post-test, and the areas of lowest and highest scores. How did you do? The results of the pre-test reveal the lowest scores in Diagnosis and the post-test evaluation indicate that this is an area in which I need to improve in. My scores were consistently high for Assessment, however, they dropped in Planning and Intervention. I believe the challenge is deciding the most appropriate intervention. The areas of Evaluation and Pharmocotherapeutics were improved....

This background information will provide a summary of professional standards and guidance directly related to APRs. First and foremost, every auditor must follow the standards called the Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) which are set by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Important sections within the standards required to know include: Independence, Consideration of Fraud in a Financial Statement Audit, and Communications about Control Deficiencies in Financial Statements, which includes nine rules that deal with identifying and reporting deficiencies found in financial statements. ...ZOU Fencing sells chain-link fencing to customers under free on board (FOB) shipping point terms. Therefore, revenue is recorded when goods are shipped from the respective warehouse. ZOU Fencing currently uses a sophisticated warehouse management system (the Warehouse K-Series System), which allows the Company to (1) record sales upon shipment of goods out of the warehouse, (2) automatically price fence sales on the basis of standard pricing tables, and (3) generate multiple reports for the evaluation of ZOU Fencing’s operations. Engagement Team Note: Materiality was determined to be $5 million. At year-end, the engagement team evaluated the internal controls related to revenue. This evaluation was done through inquiries of appropriate personnel and consideration of the results of other audit procedures including: (1) updating the risk assessment procedures (including the understanding of internal control) and substantive procedures, (2) considering the result of the entity’s monitoring of controls (or our testing of the entity’s monitoring of controls), and (3) obtaining an update on the status of the entity’s remediation of any significant deficiency or material weakness identified as of the interim date. As a result, the engagement team arrived at the conclusion that there have been no significant changes to controls in the period after their interim testing. Furthermore, the engagement team has determined that they will not be using the work of others for testing the...
