Increase Plan for Sales Revenue
The Board of Mayo Clinic and the CEO have both decided that over the next 5 years we will be expanding international sales revenue by 100% effectively immediately. Being a part of the marketing department makes it our responsibility to see that this goal is realized.
First, we need to indentify the best ways to penetrate and stay in the different targeted markets. We would also need to identify the largest potential Market for the international healthcare; it should be five. It would be a good strategy to look at markets that are geographically and culturally similar. As effective communication is a key component in marketing, we would then move on to indentify the most effective ways to communicate the advantages of Mayo Clinic and what we have to offer.
Should further assistance be needed, Market Strategies International has the expertise in healthcare industry research and this is a source you should use as a primary source for research. You should also look into SIS International Research, this company will analyze secondary data and will conduct primary research for us as well. In order to be able to gather all the secondary research you would need to utilize International Journal of Market Research, International Market Research Reports and Market Strategies International library.
Be advised that putting a little more emphasis on paying attention to differences between communities while conducting research from within the Mayo Clinic is paramount.
