But end up I found out what I enjoyed most was the group interview session. Every applicant can enter the discussion with proper mind-set and effectively showcase every applicant’s temperament and character. From discussion until we reached a consensus within a certain time limit, everyone has to act with thoughtfulness and diplomacy. This experience provides me practical experience of group discussion in future business school class. I was also impressed by the school’s practical learning approach. To me the opportunity to vet my ideas through the Mentorship Program and Residential Trip, gaining the critique of industry experts, is unprecedented. I would take that critical feedback, bolster my ides and then apply to my career path. I want to be truly immersed in my MBA experience, academically and socially, and CityU offers me vast opportunities to bond with like-minded students. But for the University of Buckingham, this is not a reason to break off its talks with the IIPM. “We are aware of the latest developments concerning IIPM and remain in discussion with them,” writes Jane Tapsell, Dean of the University of Buckingham Business School. The school has been in discussion for the past year about the accreditation/validation of a BBA and an MBA.
