McBride Financial Services Marketing Plan McBride Financial Services provides low cost mortgage keys for individuals. McBride Financial Services provides to retirees, experts, and families are thinking to buy whichever a recreational property or secondary or primary house. McBride Financial Services has decided to revamp its recent marketing plan so that they can contact customers is more probable to fit the profile of the kind of buyer that their services are created for. This paper will show up how McBride Financial Services can reach a gainful commerce during marketing and operations in addition to their target of breaking even monetarily. The kinds of media that could used within McBride’s marketing plans and their goals markets will be outline, and their growth of services to the web will also be covered in the following document. As with any marketing plan, research needs to be conducted and reviewed. This research will help McBride Financial Services to orient better their company toward the needs of the customers and could make decisions that will bring more customers to their individual branch offices. Determining where the company stands with its current customers is important because they can build on their current market strategies to reach new customers and excite current customers with new services. An easy method for McBride to undertake in research would be to contact their current customers and have them fill out a short survey. This survey could used to highlight the services and products that their customers currently are happy with on the company end and place in which they believe McBride could improve. Many other consumer organizations use surveys like this to form an idea of how different industries are performing and what works for companies and what doesn’t. McBride could look into accessing surveys like this to obtain a broader concept of what consumers look for from their mortgage companies and what those companies offer. In other words, determine their competitors and what they are doing right and see what they can improve upon the other companies’ thoughts. The company has different kinds of promotional ads including Local TV ads and Newspapers to be used for marketing the company and its services. This is a quick way for McBride to convey their information to customers who may be in the market but they don’t know where to look for this kind of information. This brings the McBride name into their head when it comes time to get a mortgage or at least a starting point to look into. Radio is also a medium that they want to use to transmit their name out to possible customers and running an ad with the top stations in each of their branch’s location will be a strong method of putting their name into the minds of potential customers.
Offering discounts to the purchasers provides them incentive to use the mortgage company that the realtor advises. Many mortgage company’s benefit from partnering with local realtors to bring new clientele to the commerce. This not only helps bring new customers but also its eases the mind of the home buy and may make them feel more comfortable with the purchase of the new home by providing a local mortgage broker at the time of sale. McBride Financial Services should look into expanding onto the Internet for a couple of different reasons. Many people use the Internet to do their research of companies and their products and services they offer. It gives the customer a better idea of what he or she perhaps looking for and the prices available to him or her. Creating a website for consumers to research and become familiar with McBride will help to bring new customers in. Bringing in new customers is crucial to making profit and reaching the company’s goal of breaking even. The Internet also opens up other possibilities for McBride customers like online bill payment, customer service and the ability to track his or her statements in real-time. This has become a popular aspect of many mortgage companies and allows customers to be more confident about where their money is going and helps them to keep track of their own financials. Online bill pay can also help the company save money on office supplies such as paper or using a 3rd party printing company for printing bills and shipping them to customers. McBride has three main targets they will be looking to reach with their new marketing strategy. The first is professionals purchasing either a primary or secondary residence. Many professionals don not have too much time to spend researching mortgage companies, and this is when providing information on the company website is important to help potential and current customers. The next target of McBride’s new marketing strategy is retirees purchasing a new or secondary residence. Providing quick information available again is important and the media types already explained will be excellent for reaching this demographic. The final target is families and individuals purchasing recreational properties. The idea of recreational properties brings about another media not already described but could be very beneficial on transmitting the companies name; Billboards. Everyone has seen a billboard and when looking for properties in new areas they can be a quick idea in which to look. Recreational properties for families are another reason for using the Internet as an excellent starting point for new marketing. Not only will the families be researching different properties in an area where they may not live via different realtors’ websites, but they will need a mortgage company to go with the new purchase. Again working with the realtors to allow ads on their website for McBride Financial Services will be another method of transmitting the company’s name to new customers. Finally, this paper in a few words highlighted a method of research that McBride Financial Service may use to assist them expands a novel market plan and reaches their targets. Also this paper outlined various media types for reaching consumers in the market for a new mortgage or a new financial company for credit reports, inspection, and appraisal. The different media types, television, newspapers, radio, realtors, and Internet all have their strong points and can be applied within McBride’s $50,000 budget. If the research is completely and the media types affectively used McBride Financial Services can reach their goal of expanding and breaking even within one year of their new marketing plan.
