Introduction and Background McBride Financial Services provides low cost mortgage solutions for individuals. McBride Financial Services caters to professionals, retirees, and families that are looking to purchase either a primary, secondary residence or recreational properties. McBride Financial Services has decided to revamp its current marketing plan so that they are capable of reaching perspective clients who are more likely to fit into the outline of the type of purchaser that their services are constructed to attract.
Marketing Research
McBride Financial Services must complete a marketing research plan in order to make sure that the marketing campaign intended for them will be successful. Conducting shopper market study will allow McBride Financial Services to analyze the buying tendencies of the perspective clients in their objective area. This will give them the opportunity to market to particular types of clientele that are more likely to procure their service vice frivolously spending their money on advertising that targets to large of a general constituency. One of the most popular current market trends because the internet makes it much easier to do is AD Tracking.
