One of my top strength is being an achiever. This applies to me because I am a hard working person. I always give my best effort in anything I do until I accomplish my goal. Academic excellence is plastered on certificates such as: community services award, Athletic award, student of the month, leadership award; which is a reminder of what I have accomplished and am capable of achieving. As far back as I can remember I was always determined to do well academically. I strived to gain commendable grades. I was able to obtain an exemplary grade point average that not only made my parents proud, but also instilled in me a sense of motivation. Obtaining academic excellence has always been a goal I have had. The reason for my desire to do well in school is that it only prepares me for what is next. In order to be successful you need to have faith in yourself. Therefore, the next strength that applies to me is belief. There are days when I don’t belief in myself that I could accomplish certain goals I have made. However, I need to have faith in myself that if I put my best effort anything is possible. I have always had a desire for helping others through what I choose to be when “I grew up.” Whether my thoughts hesitated from being a teacher, to a lawyer, or a doctor, I had always felt the wanting to dedicate my life to career that would bring a sense of hope in others. I am a biological science major, and deciding to become a doctor one day. However, it’s easier said than done. Every now and then, I argue with myself inside my head and wonder if that’s even possible. Some of my peers do not even think I would get that far to medical school. However, I have faith in myself, and will continue to try my best to accomplish my dream of becoming a doctor.
To become the best at something you need to be eager to learn. My family and I came to the United Sates in the year 2000
