Maybe for some people, but for myself I don’t believe it does. I have tried meditation in the past and it is not for me.

I have not considered meditation as a part of my lifestyle. I am not the type of person that would be able to sit in one place for a long period of time and not move. I do not have the time to fit meditation into my busy schedule.
