I think that Mendoza’s opinion and experience contributes to the conversation as a point of view in which medical services could be questioned. Mendoza described the moment in which her doctor told her the baby was dead and suddenly she had to take a decision of abortion or going through labor. Considering D&E (dilatations and evacuation) would be more safer and with less chances of having a blood transfusion, infections requiring antibiotics or other types of injuries. In addition, by services being questioned I meant that a pregnant woman who’s baby is dead in her wound, and many doctors and clinics who didn't know how to deal with her because of her decision of taking a D&E.
The abortion topic is a very controversial and debated topic,
