management strategies varied by gender, and ethnicity in a sample of government employees

from an Serenity Behavioral Health System Facility. Employee attitudes toward diversity and

diversity management were measured using previously established receptivity to diversity scales.

Prison mental health professionals participating in inmate disciplinary proceedings must therefore be familiar with relevant clinical, legal, and ethics issues.
