Transformation Process

Mercy Ascot Hospital hired a highly skilled staff to ensure the quality services that will meet to their patients need and satisfaction, as the matter of fact they are highly focused on how to improve the standard of patients care in every way. Some of our patient need complex clinical care and a highly-skilled staff, and as part of the transformation process, the hospital has been providing a variety of continuing educational requirements to become an effective and skilled health care provider. Our nurses work together with the specialists, physiotherapists, dietitians, pharmacists and all other health care professionals to speed patient’s recovery.

With the aim of improving the quality of care, the hospital must consider the needs of capital, materials to be needed, and facilities. Another thing is the labour, which means who are the person involves in this program, I have included there the Health Specialist, Project Coordinator, and instructor. Lastly

we need to set up date for the program, in this case the program runs every year. After gaining approval of all the inputs, time to proceed with the transformational system.

With regards to the transformation system used, the hospital offer the Educational Series, The Good Fellow Symposium which aim to provide all health practitioner to meet their educational requirements in one settings, and the three year course diploma which was created to complement the Good Fellow Symposium in order to provide health care provider a relevant and clinical education, these are the program involves as part of the continuing education. (Continuing Education, 2015) After attending these courses, health care provider earned professional development points, learned relevant and practical education.
