When I first saw this article, I thought it was just going to be about another celebrity ranting against president Trump in a public setting. It did start out that way by describing how Meryl Streep brought many of her fans and fellow celebrities to tears by describing how heart broken she was by Trump’s actions. The example she used was when Donald Trump was recorded mocking a disabled reporter. The author was obviously trying to send a message to the reader that this a very sad situation for the disabled community that the entire Hollywood scene has left them out. The author has stated many times that actors are just trained to be disabled and often times just go back to being their normal able bodied self which would be impossible for the real disabled
