1. (TCO 2) List at least FOUR sources you will use to obtain information about the firm’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Discuss what categories of the SWOT elements of information are readily available on the Internet. What categories of data are difficult or impossible to find on the Internet? (When using the Internet, be sure to provide specific websites or URLs.)
NOTE: You cannot use Wikipedia or another type of information-sharing website as a source for the SWOT. For my SWOT analysis, I choose RR Donnelley. They are a printing company that is local to my area. The four sources that I plan to use while gathering information, for my assignment in SWOT:
Strengths will be from, (RR DONNELLEY. n.d.), and will include an overview of their services, including the organization owner’s video claiming they are the largest printing company in the world. Weaknesses and Threats I find will be compiled from their annual report, which I found at, (2014 Annual Report, 2015, April).
Opportunities will be partly from our textbook, in which RR Donnelley was mentioned in reference to their changes as a part of functional strategies, (Coulter & Robbins, 2014, p 250)
I also have a meeting set up with the plant manager, Danelle Wilson, whom I will be interviewing about SWOT.
I found that the internal environment has been the hardest to find online for RR Donnelley and I am hoping to gain insight through our interview.

Rate, from best to worst, each of the sources you indicated in Question 1 above as being sources you will use in your analysis in terms of its probable reliability. Discuss the steps and/or actions you can take to validate the reliability and accuracy of the information you obtain.

I believe my best source will be the interview and plant tour with Danelle
