Our established 2015 price targets increase on newly considered 2016 earnings rather than 2015 in our valuation analysis and on capital structure roll-forward as the firms generate sizable cash flow. 2016 earnings are expected to rise relative to 2015, on industry tailwinds (continued trend toward more normal volumes in Europe, cycling past a period of atypically strong macro headwinds in South America, robust growth in China, and continued cyclical increase in North America even if at a lesser rate) as well as various different self-help initiatives (e.g., as restructurings in Europe, Australia, and elsewhere take further hold, and on cost control efforts in North America). We propose a new model for the implementation of ABC using the product cost tree concept. First, the required resources and activities for each part are recorded, and then their costs are calculated using the appropriate cost formulae. This model was applied in a forging industry. A comparison and analysis between ABC and TC was then carried out based on the computational results obtained from the case study. The results indicate that the ABC outputs are more reliable than the TC outputs, and thus the ABC approach is a more acceptable tool for parts costing in FMS. After reading and viewing the video, share with the class your viewpoint on whether eminent domain be used for “economic development” and whether you agree with the majority or dissenting opinions. I think it should be on a case –by- case basis. In the video we found out after Suzette’s years of struggle she finally lost her case, but the intended development never was completed. People were forced out for no reason. Using eminent domain the government can take from the poor and give to the rich. I understand that the Takings Clause is supposed to ensure that just compensation is paid. What is just if you have improved the land and held it for a lifetime? I would not want to be put out and have to start over for what a government entity calls just compensation. I think there are plenty of places that can benefit from “economic development” but “eminent domain” should be the last resort, due to this I agree more with the dissenting opinions in this case.
