Problem Statement
Ethical issues in the workforce for women. The research questions will allow the flow of Ideas, present ethical violations among managers, and upper level executives. It will also display the gaps in literature, report the statistical information that is gathered (Ex: divorce rate vs. single women with children working). They are underpaid and rarely recognized at home and on the job. In research I am attempting to take the mixed methodology; that way I will be able to not only provide statistical information but to identify and characterize the women and how they maintain their ethical, business/professional, and moral values. This will allow me to access some of the key reason of why women being married and working suffer a higher divorce rate while they are paid less.
Research questions
1. Are the statistic that women in the workforce are paid less a direct impact to the national divorce rate limited to African American women vs. Caucasian women?
2. Does the geographical area that the women are located in impact these factors?
3. Are the women that are impacted in competition of men or just society and their belief system vs. what is educationally and morally correct?
Dissertation Rubric and the assessment; how it pertains to my research problem: The proposed problem statement is framed in the context of a systematic inquiry that permits multiple possible conclusions.
Leadership and Organizational Change is about “Evaluating management and systems thinking principles at the core of the design and evolution of organizational and social systems. This is the topic of assessment that best describes my study methods.
