Abstract
This paper will first attempt to describe what a high-performance workplace and organization is all about and what characteristics such workplaces have. Second, the paper will provide information on how high-performance workplaces are different from the traditional workplaces, including operational effectiveness, workplace stress, and organizational dynamics. Next, the paper will list strategies used in the management of stress in the workplace. Last, the authors will provide an evaluation of the trends in organizational behavior correlating to high-performance workplaces and the techniques used to manage stress.
