Cognitive thinking patterns are necessary for good choices. As a sub contractor of Auto Rescue, I face decisions on a daily basis that must make without speaking to a teammate. I use intuitive approach when making my decisions which involves the least amount of outsourcing and procrastination. To identify problems I use my intuitive skills to identify and form a plan for a desired result by altering the current event. The most used technique that I use in decision making and problem solving would have to be the strategic and analytical methods. Identifying the problem would be first in this process and then weighing the options and possible outcomes. When identifying problems, I take notes of the flaws from negative results and consequences of an issue. An example of this is when I have to constantly have to tell drivers the steps in going down from being on call 24/7. So therefore I used a simple reminder by making a flyer for them to go by with step by step instructions. I text and emailed everyone of the changes that I made to make it easier on them and also gave them a physical flyer for them to reference back to. I did contemplate possible outcomes and thought that possibly even the message I sent may not have been effective. Therefore I went around to all the drivers and physically showed them the steps in the process.
