Management recommendations:
My recommendations for Shermaine would be take out time to figure your job out. If you are not satisfied with your job, try something different. Look back at your job and ask yourself was it a job well done. If not, see if there are ways to better it. Being engaged in your job is an advantage. The more you know, the better you are with your job. Go into work with a positive attitude, because if it’s negative, you will get a negative outcome. Overall be a leader and it will help you become a good decision maker. I recommend Shermaine go to one of our refresher courses and move her into a new position that we have open up in our new department.

Drakkor is not satisfied with his job. I will work with him to see if we have a fit for him or what we can do to make him satisfied. He is a quick learner and has excellent interpersonal skills.
