CLERK: Do you swear that the evidence you shall give shall be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God?
HUCK: I do.
PLAINTIFF’S COUNSEL: Please state what happened on May 16, 1980.
HUCK: On that day, I wanted to see a movie at the Coronet Theater, when I went to the box office to purchase a ticket, I was told I would have to switch from my wheelchair to a theater seat, or be seated in an area at the front of the theater.
