This supplement is a record of my actions in this investigation.
On May 31, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This investigation involves Ms. Magali Lisabeth Ramirez Centeno a 16 year old Minnie Howard School student. I had previously interviewed Magali on a previous runaway incident (16-106934) and her mother had refused for me to follow up with her for another case (16-127320).
I received a call from Mike Locke from the Court Services Unit about Magali. He reported a school related incident which took place on May 27, 2016 (16-138303). Mr. Locke requested a CHINS petition be made against Magali Ramirez Centeno. I informed Mr. Locke of some prior runaway incidents. I was then asked to speak to Diane Ligenfelter about proceeding with a CHINS petition.
On June 1, 2016, I responded to 5613 Derby Court Apt#221 and discovered that although Magali had been suspended she was permitted to take the SOL testing. I called School Resource Officer Pierre Hill and inquired his knowledge of an incident involving a knife and Magali. Officer Hill followed up the incident which was reported to him on May 31, 2016 (16-138303).…show more content… I had the opportunity to interview Magali at the main office.
