1. Introduction
This research paper analyzes and compares twelve mobile plans from four companies by using spreadsheets and charts. Four customers' preferences will also be studied in order to come up with suitable plans for each of them.

2. Mobile Phone Plan Analysis 2. A. Summary
There are many factors that would affect these results, including the number of calls made per month, the length of the call, the cost of calls and SMSs, the number of free calls made to the same mobile provider, the number of SMS messages sent, and the use of mobile data for email, social networking and Internet browsing – the cost would depend on how much data is allowed in the plan The extras provided in the plan are also a very important factor when selecting the right plan for a mobile user. If the plan provides free calls to the same provider, and the friends and family are also with that provider, this would reduce costs. The amount of data provided with the plan would be very important to someone who needs access to the Internet

2. B. Spreadsheet Table

3. Mobile User Analysis 3. A. Smith

For Smith, he should chooses Westend Mobile. Smith only makes minimal calls and most of his phone calls are short durations, so eleven phone calls should be enough for him. He also doesn't send a lot of SMSs, so even though $0.28 is not the cheapest price in the 4 mobile companies, it will not affect a lot. What's more, most of his friends are using Optical Mobile and Westend Mobile, and they are both free to their users at some periods, but Westend Mobile's free periods are

longer than Optical Mobile, so if Smith chooses Westend Mobile, he will spend less during the free periods then he can use those money in case he needs to make more phone calls or SMSs. The plan cap of Westend Mobile also includes 1000 MB per month, now there are more and more people use internet, Smith can also use that 1000MB keeps in touch with his friends and read online news.

3. B. Mitchell

In Mitchell's case, he should definitely chooses Optical Mobile. The plan cap of Optical Mobile has a high call credit, Mitchell is a business man, he needs to take business trip all the time and he probably forget or doesn't have time to buy mobile phone prepaid cards and a high call credit can help him a lot. He also makes plenty of phone calls and 408 phone calls will be suitable for him. Mitchell needs to check him emails every day and since he runs a business, he also needs to keep in touch with his friends, so data has to be included in his plan cap. The Optical Mobile has the most data included, so Optical Mobile will be suitable for him.

3. C. Pia

Pia is on a tight budget and works part-time so she cannot spend a lot on phone costs. The plan cap of Tess Mobile will be the best choice for her. For the Optical Mobile and Tess Mobile, they have the lowest price of SMSs. However, most of her friends are on Westend and Tess, and if she chooses Tess Mobile, it will be free if she contacts with other Tess Mobile users which most of her friends are using, then she can save some money to text her friends who are not using Tess Mobile. The plan of Tess Mobile are also included 214 phone calls, she can use it to contact her boss and friends. The plan includes 250 MB and she uses social websites so it will perfectly suit her. Also, the price of Tess Mobile's plan only costs $49 per month, which is the lowest price among all the choices.

3. D. Cheng

The most suitable plan for Cheng will be Optical Mobile's plan. Since she is working part-time jobs and on a tight budget, sometimes she may doesn't have enough money to pay for the phone calls, so the high call credit of Optical Mobile will be

useful for her. Cheng likes to make calls and send SMS messages, the plan cap of Optical Mobile has the lowest SMS price and has 214 phone calls. She also uses social websites sometimes and there is 200 MB included in Optical Mobile's plan.

4. Using Data and Charts to Represent Data
Certain types of charts are more useful for presenting a given data set than others.

Are Cell Phones Dangerous

...the country is asking. Mobile phones are considered by many as an essential part of modern day life, from the businessperson who uses the mobile phone as a vital link with the office, to the teenager who has the phone for recreational use. By using mobile phones are we damaging our long-term health just to stay in contact or worse simply just for a good image? Mobile or cellular phones have changed dramatically over the past two or three years. The new generation of WAP phones now allow the user to connect to the Internet, send e-mail and even listen to the radio. The e-mail feature, a tremendous advancement in technology, allows businesspeople to contact their office at anytime day or night. Not only can e-mail be used throughout Britain but also messages can be sent globally. Sending e-mail is not nearly as expensive as the conventional methods of contact, therefore has the potential to reduce costs considerably for the company. The e-mail can be sent anytime, not just within office hours, and time differences between countries are no longer a consideration. Many mobile phone users claim one of the main advantages of ownership is the ability to contact friends or family in the event of an emergency. Most women who travel alone feel more secure knowing that in an emergency or breakdown they can summon help without leaving the safety of their car therefore, the mobile reduces the chances of being run over or worse raped. By having your mobile phones with you could it be...
