Motivation Plan
Rite Aid Pharmacy Mission statement is, “Customers confidently choose us first for their everyday health and wellness needs because we consistently understand and exceed their expectations.” Their Vision Statement, “To improve the health and wellness of our communities through engaging experiences that provide our customers with the best products, services and advice to meet their unique needs.” They have established core values such as Passion for their Customers, Caring Neighbors, Associate Development and quite a few more. Utilizing these values they instill in their employees the importance to show and maintain these values amongst the customers and especially amongst one another. Robert Smith is a Multi-Store Manager for the Organization of Rite Aid Pharmacy. He states that his organization is a strict structure that runs with its own compliance of procedures and policies. This is an organization that requires employees to adhere to the structure that is laid out for them. Although, it is a large company it has different departments to help maintain all the companies’ consistent activities such as Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Field System Support, and quite a few more. Mr. Smith has managed his own store by utilizing the best methods that adheres to the policies and procedures that Rite Aid has established for its employees.
Mr. Smith has seen may different types of leaderships and personalities that have worked along his side and for him. Looking over some of the attributes that Joe Cordova, Bryan Ramirez, and myself have establishing a motivation plan that will allow maintaining the strengths and improving the opportunities.
