At 12:21pm, the clinician called Mrs. Licup to schedule an intake appointment and gather some information. The clinician introduced herself as Elizabeth’s new clinician and asked Mrs. Licup what they were working on with Dr. Fritz and her team. Mrs. Licup explained how Dr. Fritz’s team had assessed Elizabeth and were now working on her severe behavior. She further explained that Elizabeth is aggressive at home and has a tendency to throw and break things. Her aggressive behavior occurs at home and not in other settings.
