Ms. Joanne Elletos’ Preceptors’ Behavior

Ms. Elleto kept instilling negative thoughts into my head that being an educator is hard. She suggested that I should work as a floor nurse. The educator verbalizes that if she had a second chance, she would not be an educator, and it’s a stressful job. Furthermore, she states that she is blamed for the nurses not doing their job correctly and that everything falls on the educator.
