With summer right around the corner, the Memorial Student Center is getting a jump on the party with their 65th MSC Birthday Celebration.
Every year University Center and Special Events, or UCEN, puts together a celebration in honor of one of the most sacred and loved buildings on campus, the Memorial Student Center. The event provides a way for UCEN to give back to the students at Texas A&M and gives the students the opportunity to show how much the MSC means to them.
“The MSC lives as the premiere cultural hub and one of the oldest leadership laboratories at Texas A&M.” said Zach Rozinsky, MSC President. “The MSC Birthday Celebration is a time for the MSC to say thank you to the student body for its many years of support. We hope that many students will come out to enjoy the event with us while we recognize the significance of the Memorial Student Center and …show more content…
Students who show up will not be disappointed by the amount of activities and giveaways that are being held. Gaming booths will be set up and a photo booth will be available for photos with friends.
Prizes include a chance at 1 of 300 gift cards provided by Barnes & Noble, while grand prize winners will walk away with either an Apple TV or an iPad Mini provided by MacResources Computers. Other prizes will be provided by OPAS, Blue Baker, Sabi Boutique, Merge Boutique, Harleys, Aggieland Outfitters, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, and Bahama
