...Unit 2 Assignment Jason Lussier MT355 Unit 2 Assignment If I were a research consultant for Mr. Kabasella, considering the fact that the restaurant isn’t bring in as much sales as people hoped, I would need to look at their monthly and yearly sales as well as figure out about the location at which the restaurant is set up at. There are a lot of things that can go south when operating a business. I work in the food business. Like Mr. Kabasella, we have a variety of items for customers to choose from. There are times where we will introduce a new item to see how it will sell. If the product sells well enough, then we keep it as a main item. If not, then we either pull it or make it a seasonal item. What I would do is first look at the location of the business. You want to have a location that is widely populated. You also need to make sure that other businesses that do the same type of sales isn’t over run in the area or else you won’t bring in much revenue. In this case, he is near a university, so there is a good size population in the area. Now moving to the interior of the business. The inside seems to be set up rather well to house a lot of people of need be. There is also room for dancing considering the music being played.
