On January 7, 2015, I, Deputy John Arnold, was dispatched to 19001 Slick Road in reference to a stolen semi truck.

I made contact with the truck owner Shane Thomas. Shane states he owns a 2004 White Freightliner Semi Truck. Shane stated he had the truck parked at 19063 Slick Road. Shane stated he last saw the truck on January 6, 2015. Shane stated on today's date he found the truck missing. Shane described the truck as a 2004 White Freightliner (VIN #1FUJBBCG44LM73528). Shane stated the words "Muts Trucking" is in black letters on the doors. Shane also stated tarps, chains, and other equipment that belonged to the person who previously leased the truck were missing as well.
