This quote is true, my name hold’s feelings that it’s basically trapped in a file book. Only I have the key to open it. I’m the owner of my name, Bethany Kendall Sheely. I already know half of what’s in my file book about my name. Bethany comes from the New Testament in the Bible. Lazarus, Mary, and Martha lived and did their studies there. My name also means House of Figs, House of Song, and House of Mary. Bethany is also Hebrew and used mostly by Catholics. Kendall is an English baby name which means Royal Valley. I first found out that Bethany is a meaningful Biblical place. ( ). It is a lyrical name, also means “House of Dates” and “House of Misery”. ( ). I did not know it was common after 1950’s? ( ). My name is ranked 393 popular in the U.S., ranked 86 in England, 99 in Northern Ireland, and 88 in Scotland. It was popular in the U.S. in the year 2014. ( ). Bethany also means full of energy, active, romantic, enjoys music, and also means Jewish and friendly personality. ( ). I did find famous people who have my first name. There is Bethany Hamilton who is a surfer from Hawaii, who survived a shark attack, Bethany Wright who was 1980 Miss Michigan, and Bethany Tyler who is a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader. ( ). When I did my interview I asked 3 questions on my first name. I first asked, “Why did you choose my name”? I asked my mom, grandma, and my dad this question and all had the same answer, “I thought it was perfect for you”. The second question I asked was, “Did you ever wanted to change my name”? Both my mom and grandma answered no to this question. My dad answered, “Yes I did but now no”. The final question I asked was, “Did you have any other choices for my name than the one I have”?
