In the story Pancakes by Joan Bauer you will read about a girl named Jill and how she feels that everything always has to be perfect. You will see how she attempts to do everything by herself just to make it turn out the way she feels is best. You will also learn the lesson that no matter how hard we try nobody is perfect. Andy broke up with Jill for being a perfectionist because he could not deal with someone who couldn't be happy unless everything went the right way.
