Subjects were notified of the purposes of the research through an informed consent. The respondents, categorized randomly as either Group A or B and were given the same lessons thru eLearning or a simulated-hospital setting using VINES respectively. Mean scores gathered from the two groups were computed, with the difference evaluated using independent t-test. Significant difference was noted between the mean scores of students under Group A and B suggestive that VINES provides students greater advantage in learning retention than eLearning.
