Showing the preferred methods of job training and how they relate to employees being successful professionally and personally, breaking down each method mentioned by reporting their strengths and weaknesses while achieving job satisfaction and minimizing stress in the work place. Job satisfaction is the most noticeable work mindset observed in the work and organizational culture. These concepts also receive much notice within the more particular work-family culture. We find that on the job training is the most preferred method training in the United States, predominantly for employees starting their professional careers.
