Executive Summary

The case revolves around the office politics. Nitish made a false start with the HR Department. Meena didn’t want to recruit Nitish but because of the insistence by Mr.Kapoor, she had to recruit him, which led to hurting the self-image of Meena, the most senior person in the HR Department. Meena and Nitish were unable to solve the differences among them and things continued to go downhill from there. Nitish is doing very well in the company. But owing to these differences, Nitish is in a dilemma whether to resign or settle the differences with Meena and Mr.Alaghu.
