Why: Having received the award for being the best overall student of the Certificate program during the previous term, it would be a big achievement if I receive the same award for this term. The two personal goals I have set for myself, I have achieved them completely. If I have a look at my academic goals, I can improve more so that I can achieve them completely. My academic goal in Certificate was speaking A1 level Mandarin. I can improve this goal by practicing the pronunciation of the many different tones the Mandarin Language has with my Asian classmates at IMI. I have taken the other academic goal from last semester in to my Diploma semester. This goal is to have 70%+ marks for the subjects I follow. This semester I will do my best to achieve it. My destination of my internship goals has changed from Singapore to Zurich, Switzerland. 1.3.1 Set future targets

Future targets are goals that take longer to achieve than 8 years. In 8 years time, I believe I can be a manager of a F&B department in a five-star hotel. In the future, I would like to travel to South America. I will explain why and how I am going to achieve these future goal.
