The basic software plan is used to understand the roles and responsibilities in the given project, and it helps in estimation of effort and resources that are required for project. By this plan we can estimate the organisational risks and we get a chance to reduce them. (Rob Baxter, 2014)

We used another server to manage the backup and disaster recovery plan in this network.

How this Backup is working :
• Backup and is centrally managed from primary server. The backup data of the primary server and pc’s are stored in a centralized part in core server. Critical data is backed up regularly on time schedule basis.
In this project we keep backup scheduling time 1.00 Am, because this is the reliable time when many of the users do not use their computers.
