The purpose of unit 8 data analysis project is for students choosing a file of their choice and utilized the required spreadsheets to compute different figures for each. Each spreadsheet must show a description of the spreadsheet with utilizing the Frequency Distribution, Descriptive Statistics, conducting three different hypothesis tests, and conducting a multiple regression. Instructions for the project is to choose 200 observations from the file by giving a description of the data file as well as giving a description on which data was utilized for computation. The data file consists of 200 cars, including variables vehicle name, suggested retail price, CityMPG, HwyMPG, Dealer Cost, Type of Vehicle, Engine Size, Engine Cylinders, Weight of Vehicle in pounds, and Wheel Base in inches. When reviewing the instructions, the first procedure in using this file was to choose from variable to compute the solution of the data. Giving a sample size of 200, the data utilized for the Frequency Distribution was the engine size with ranges of 1.0-2, 2-2.4, 2.4-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7. Based on the ranges, it is imperative that the ranges are appropriate for the data. For example, the range 2-2.4, all data in this range must between 2-24 but not including 2.4 as this data will be added to the next range category. After computing the ranges and its frequencies, a histogram was created to display the ranges and the frequency for each
