Interpretation- From the UV scan of Aceclofenac, maximum absorbance was observed at 273 nm in media Phosphate buffer saline pH 7.4 at different concentration. The reported λmax is 273 nm, hence it can be taken as working wavelength for UV spectroscopic analysis of aceclofenac.
