Below is a summary of the action plan we established last fall 2015 and your corresponding results. Most of the tasks summarized below showed you performing at an acceptable level. There is one unacceptable rating associated with the multi-application task. At some time in the near future, this task will need be revisited so that I see your rating for that particular task improve. When you are requested to complete the multi-application installation, I would preferred that at the very least your rank at the acceptable level although I would like you to strive to achieve the outstanding rating.

I wanted to ensure that you transferred not only the user documents, but also other items such as the Desktop, Lotus Notes, a specific user account, and more. You began this task on December 14, 2015 at 11am. I specifically stated to not use your AD account and unfortunately you did. From what I gathered, the migration process went very smoothly. The desktop and documents were transferred as expected. I was surprised that even Internet Explorer’s favorites and Chrome’s bookmarks successfully migrated. That was quite a surprise and it was something that had not expected you to do. Also, I did not expect printers or Outlook to work since there were some minor Outlook issues that would have to be corrected for the user, post migration. I was disappointed that the request to not use your AD account was ignored. You logged into the laptop using an AD account which was not necessary. Based on the time frame you completed the task in just over 2 hours which falls into the Acceptable rating.
